The Laboratory represents the national’s most important silicon design center, in the specific field of research in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit designs with an aim to build and develop a highly-qualified technical and human infrastructure.

The State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI invites applications from high-calibre candidates for the position of Assistant Professor in Microelectronics in the following areas:
1. Biomedical and Sensory Electronics
2. Data Conversion and Analog Circuits & Systems
3. Integrated Power Electronics and Energy Harvesting
4. Wireless Circuits and Systems and Multidisciplinary
The candidate must have a doctoral degree, a track record of recognized publications (e.g., JSSC, ISSCC, IEEE Transactions, Lab on a Chip) and relevant teaching experience. Candidates with specialization in the related fields and with multidisciplinary research experience are preferred.
The selected candidate is expected to assume duty in Aug 2015.
Position and Remuneration
Remuneration and appointment rank offered will be competitive and commensurate with the successful applicants’ academic qualification, current position and professional experience. The current local maximum income tax rate is 12% but is effectively around 5% - 7% after various discretionary exemptions.
